You are responsible for account security. One email = one account. Accounts cannot be resold.
Lawful use only. Forbidden: uploading illegal/infringing/malicious content; automated attacks; reverse engineering; using to train competing AI models.
You retain ownership of your uploaded content. Noteflow uses it only to provide service to you. AI-generated outputs (summaries, minutes) are yours but do NOT constitute legal/medical/financial advice.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 99.99% uptime. Planned maintenance is announced ahead of time.
You can delete your account anytime in Settings. We reserve the right to terminate for terms violations.
AI-generated content may be inaccurate. Verify before relying on it for important decisions. Noteflow is not liable for losses from relying on AI output.
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
