Noteflow is an AI knowledge-base tool. We store your account, uploaded documents, chat history, and meeting recordings to provide the service. We do NOT sell data, do NOT serve ads, do NOT track you across other apps.
Account: email (required), display name, password hash. Used for sign-in and notebook sharing.
Your content: documents you upload (PDF/DOCX/PPTX/TXT/MD/Excel/CSV), notes you create, your AI chat history, meeting audio you record and the auto-generated transcripts.
Operational logs: request timestamps, IP address (security audit). Auto-deleted after 30 days.
Only to provide Noteflow features: retrieving your documents to answer questions, generating meeting minutes, managing your notebooks, sending you email notifications. NOT for advertising, NOT for training third-party models, NOT sold to third parties.

Each has its own privacy policy. We require they not retain your content beyond what is needed to process it.
All transport over HTTPS / TLS 1.2+. Passwords stored as bcrypt hashes. Database access restricted to operations staff.
Access / export: email support@jototech.cn for a copy of your data.
Correction: in-app via Settings.
Deletion: in-app via Settings → Danger Zone — permanently deletes your account and all associated data. Or email support@jototech.cn.
Noteflow is not directed to children under 13. Underage accounts will be deleted on discovery.
Primary storage in mainland China (Shanghai). AI processing may briefly transit Alibaba Cloud overseas nodes.
